  • What do the two license tiers mean?

    Yearly is an annual license with fallback access to the eligible version defined by the license terms. Perpetual is a one-time purchase with twelve months of updates.

  • Who handles checkout?

    Polar is merchant of record for self-serve purchases. Polar handles payment, tax, receipts, customer portal access, license keys, purchase delivery items, and refund operations for the transaction.

  • What if I need help before buying?

    Use contact for product, billing, licensing, team, or custom terms before checkout.

  • What if I already have a Polar reference?

    Use the support route and include the reference. For product support, contact support with the product, tier, account email, and Polar reference.

  • How will refunds and cancellations work?

    Subscription cancellation and refund questions start in the Polar customer portal. Zavent Data support can help with product context and route product-specific questions.
